Exchange and return Policy
Dear ones, if the product arrives damaged, incomplete, different from what you ordered, or you did not receive it, Lulu Hub guarantees that you will get everything you ordered without any deficiency or difference in the order.
In order to ensure your personal safety and the safety of our valued customers... and given the nature of the products we offer... and in accordance with the accepted procedures in this field... we apologize for not returning or exchanging the products after they have arrived to the customer properly, without a defect or deficiency, and we will allow them to be returned or exchanged only if they reach you. If this happens, we will be responsible for delivering it to you for free or returning your amount, when you contact us within a maximum period of 14 days from receiving the order, according to the following:
First: The customer has the right to return the product and get its value back or exchange it according to the following conditions:
- The product must be damaged, defective, spoilt, broken, or different from what was ordered.
Return requests must be made within 4 business days from the date of receipt of the product.
Second: The customer has no right to return or exchange the product if the product does not contain any of what was stated in the first paragraph, due to the nature of Lulu Hub Nature’s products, some of which are limited to beauty and personal care, and because of the resulting impact on public health.
Third: The product exchange process takes a maximum of 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product to be replaced.
Fourth: The process of returning the value of the returned product takes place within 14 working days of receiving the product to be returned.
